Plan Your Trip

From maybe to yes

This is the practical page. Some sections are still being written — what's here is enough to start planning, and we'll keep filling it in.

Getting there

In progress

Everyone flies into Salt Lake City International (SLC). Book early — fares from Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific and Asia move a lot 12–18 months out. Detailed routing and fare-watching tips are being written now.

Lodging

In progress

Host families come first — local members and returned missionaries are opening their homes. Shared rentals are the backup for larger families. A host-matching form will live on this page.

Ground transport

Coming soon

Volunteer airport pickups, carpooling between events, and rides for those without a car. We'll publish the sign-up once the volunteer list is in.

Money

Coming soon

How to plan and save monthly between now and July 2027, plus a plain list of what's covered by the reunion and what isn't.

Bringing kids

In progress

Children are planned for, not tolerated. Splash pads, lawn games, family-paced days, and space for naps. Bring them.
